He has given lectures to companies including Georgia Power, Home Depot, General Mills, Sweetheart Cup Company, City of Conyers, Rockdale County, US Post Office, and many more. Dr. Johnson has lectured to over 10,000 people.
Dr. Johnson took an interest in nutrition and hormones after he decided he wanted to become a professional bodybuilder when he was 22 year old. After dedicating a full year of his life to weight training 6 days a week, he saw very little results. This led him on his search to find out more about how the body works and the role that nutrition and the hormones play in muscle development and fat loss. After realizing the missing pieces to the puzzle, Dr. Johnson competed several times in bodybuilding competitions and was in a Gatorade commercial when he was 25.
In 2012, Dr Johnson was asked to co-author a book along with John Gray, the author of Men are Mars, Women are from Venus. The book highlights some of America’s top health experts on what it takes for you to achieve a more enriching and purposeful life.
He resides in Conyers along with his wife Gina, and daughter Sophia.
